I have a list of questions which I would love for you to answer weather you are in perimenopause or post menopause. Your unique menopausal experience will be valuable towards my research.

This month’s workshop will provide an introduction to breath work, somatic movements and meditation. We will be supported energeticly by having the horses nearby as we take practice outdoors.

These workshops will be held once a month from 4:00 – 5:00 pm and are pay-as-you-can, making them accessible to all.

The first workshop is scheduled on Sunday, June 29th with an introduction to somatic techniques and forest bathing.
