I became a trainer because I wanted to make a better life for myself AND others. I wanted to do what I do BEST and that is helping others. My fitness journey has been all over the map because I didn't have guidance. I was taught incorrect lifting techniques or took poor nutritional advice. So I became a specialist in strength & conditioning and I'm damn good at it.
I've said it before, I want to guide you on this journey. It can be a downright daunting task to undertake a fitness routine on your own. We have so many influencers, nutritional gurus, and one-neat-trick savants that overwhelm us it makes it hard to know where to begin...
