Well, this summer on the farm and in the studio has been our FAVORITE ONE YET!! Couldn’t have made it happen without you all so big big thanks and hugs from me to you! I’m so lucky I get to bring part of my teaching career into my favorite place in the whole world and share all of our animals with kids every week. It’s just a dream! ✨

And we are ending our summer with a big open house for everyone! If you’re a camper, a friend who’s done goat yoga, an admirer who wants to come check us out… everyone is welcome! And tomorrow is your chance to get here and see what we are all about before fall! We have our open house from 10am-1pm… with so many incredible local vendors I hope to see so many of you there!! Coffee and sourdough and jewelry and perfume and crafts and a photographer setting up to take pictures of you with our furry friends! Going to be so much fun!

Another week of summer camp is over…this week we learned about old farmhouses and how bits and pieces of our memories can last forever, we made stepping stones, we learned that piggies LOVE acorns, we wished the baby chicks would lay eggs but were happy holding them, and of course we snuggled cats and goats and donkeys and took life a little slower for a couple hours each day.

PreK buddies finished up their summer on the farm today 🥲 and my school aged kiddos have ONE last class next Thursday! This summer has been magic and we’ve got all sorts of fun ideas heading into the next year! Big thank you to all of you for letting your kids come and spend time this summer here!

Summer camp has been such a dream and I am so lucky that you chose ours to send your kiddos to this summer!!We are winding down and only have 2 Thursdays for school aged kiddos left and ONE Friday (THIS week!) for preK buddies to go! Summer camp is a wrap for July ✅

I had no idea how much fun we would have… we craft and read and meet animals and get to hold chicks and feed goats and brush them and so much more! We have a couple weeks off here for our family vacation and then just a few more days left in August! I hope we can have some more friends come to enjoy this magic ✨

AND a huge thank you to all of the families who have come to camp so far… I have loved each and every one of your kiddos and have had the best time teaching them all about our farm! ❤️

It’s truly the best summer ever on the farm.

I KNEW moving my own kids here would be the best decision but I had no idea how much fun it would be to have so many of your kids come and enjoy the farm and the animals and learn all about being a farmer! 🧑🏼‍🌾 PreK buddies are back in action tomorrow and then we have a couple weeks off before the LAST month of summer!! We are so ready for another couple days of camp!!

Tomorrow’s campers get to learn all about a day in the life of a farmer and rumor is they might get to do some chores around the farm!!

Fridays preK buddies are going to be learning about how we can show compassion and care to others AND our furry and feathery friends!

We can’t even wait!! We will be taking a couple weeks off after this week for our family vacation and then back for just a few more weeks in August!!

SURPRISE!!!!

We have been dreaming and scheming and hiring to help us with a perfect boulder wall and rocks…and we have a perfect picnic table from our best buddies and and raised garden beds and some tree stumps hauled by ❤️ We have some fun chairs coming and a little fire pit and maybe another picnic table! Our outdoor space is SO close to being ready!

We will be spending days out here for summer camp and you’ll be able to use this area for birthday parties when the weather cooperates (so schedule your fall parties now!) and we will be taking small groups in for field trips for schools and daycares and homeschool groups starting this fall!! We can barely wait!! Who knows… maybe even a goat yoga and wine night with your best friends?!? Sounds PERFECT to me!

We’ve been running around all summer and sometimes peek up at the sky and the moon shines super bright right above Kevin in the pasture❤️

We have TWO days of camp this week!! Thursday is for school aged kiddos (kinder-6th) and we will be talking about farm animal needs! And Friday is for my preK friends… this week we will be identifying different animals on the farm and what they need every day! Couple spots left in both days! Next week is full so if you’re looking for a little break in your week sign up now!
