I Was going to stay off here today as it’s my bday to spend with my family and do no more updates but sorry I have to give you this update

Just rang the hospital to see how little Dottie is she been desats over night and about 30 mins ago she vomited and had blood in it her coughing is so bad they called the docts and outreach to come and have a look at her
