Yep, you swear blind you’ll do better tomorrow – but still consume that glass of wine at the end of day and somehow disguise it as “necessary”….

There’s something I want to share with you about the 3 MISTAKES you’re likely making and the 3 MOVES you need to make to turn everything around!

i. Your low fat, low calorie diet effort. It will just leave you hungry, craving all the wrong foods, again. And WORSE – your body won’t suddenly start burning its own body fat for energy. No! It will just make you feel more and more tired in its effort to slow you down.

ii. Your willpower will run out. Running the show on willpower isn’t the way. It’s short-lived, exhausting and unnecessary (there is a better way – and I’ll share it with you).

iii. That ability to maintain consistency beyond the few weeks where you clear the decks will "get you" in the end. You know, the busyness, stress and overwhelm you experience. That social event, trip away... all waiting in the wings to de-rail you.

Let me be honest.

The sense of control you have in the other aspects of your life are honourable. You have what it takes.

BUT you’re missing these 3-essential ingredients -

1] The ability of your body to use its own stored body fat for energy. Quite a big issue really. But seriously, the calories in the food you consume give you the energy you need to do what you do including whatever exercise you might be doing, too.

When you “diet” and eat less, you feel tired and lethargic. You crave more calories. And in the end give in – anybody would.

🔥When you make the shift and reteach your body to use the calories already on your body – you’ll feel absolutely amazing losing weight.

2] The ability to better manage your emotions around food or drink.

🔥When you learn to manage your emotions around food and drink you get back in the driving seat for good.

3] The identity shift to think and act like your future-self thinks and acts who is 100% in control of their weight.

🔥Become that Instagram influence you aspire to on your own terms rather than just do the diet or fitness regime that you hope creates this outcome.

I don't think they would like to admit it, but they struggle with being trapped inside their diet-based thinking.

Their comfort consumption
Their struggle with their relationship with food

There you go, I said it 😜
They follow fit midlife influencers on Instagram. They feel temporarily inspired then completely deflated when they realise just how far behind they actually are.

They're exhausted by the cycles of feeling 100% motivated and on-it and then completely off it, again and again and again.

If this in any way resonates, here what I would do if I was a middle aged woman fed up and ready to take back hold of the reins.

Ready?

1. I'd seek professional help rather than a chat over cake and coffee with my girl friends.

2. I'd want help to create a fat loss strategy based on the latest science not hearsay advice or old school "eat less, do more" guidance.

3. I'd be keen to shift my thinking about weight loss from deprivation and punishment to sustainability and nourishment.

4. I would inherently get that I need to build some mental resolve and self discipline first before seeking balance and flexibility.

5. I would STOP focusing on everybody else. I would unfollow the fit midlife influencers and start focusing on my own journey.

Would love to help.
But I don't know if you want it.
First up, why not ask something, anything - and I'll answer 🤔

It REALLY is about as simple as that! No, not easy. Mastering your mind so that you STOP self-sabotage, take back control over your emotional-based eating and drinking and reset your relationship with food - is the key, however. Just no a piece of cake - sorry :)

If you know better.
But can't seem to help yourself.

Yep, you know what we mean!

And, you MUST break free from the poor advice all over social media.
There are many ways to eat healthily, of course.

But "eating healthily is NOT " the goal.

Your goal is to help your own body burn its own stored body fat for energy!

It's not!
That's why you experience cravings when you "diet".

You need a reset
Time to recalibrate
And get your ducks all lined up

Maybe it's time to audit your situation - with a one-on-one consultation to get things straight?

Message 1-to-1 and we'll send you a link.

🌀This isn’t about adapting your goals to your age.
It’s about recalibrating your standards to your identity.

You’ve done this before — in business, relationships, parenting.
Time to do it with your body.

And no — it’s not too late.
That’s the excuse they want you to keep believing.

Comment CATALYST and I’ll send you the first detail drop.

People talk about calories a lot. Restrict calories in, and do more exercise. This way you create a calorie deficit to lose weight.

The trouble is, research from the 1960s right up to present date demonstrates that 95 to 98% of people who lose weight, put it all back on. And about 30% of the time, people put back on more than they lost.

Most cycle through periods of losing and then gaining weight for decades. The worst performing diets are "calorie-controlled", i.e. calorie restricted.

That is, despite their short-term appeal, in the longer-term people regain their weight the most.

It also appears the more you use calorie restriction to lose weight, the more difficult it gets with age.

So, if you are 40 or 50 something for example, & calorie restriction based dieting isn't working for you, you're not alone.

There are two things that you need to reverse in order to counter your past dieting efforts.

🔥 One, let go of calorie counting and, instead, focus on the biochemistry of fat loss. This just means going deeper than just considering calories. By considering precisely how to eat to get your body to burn fat and, specifically, its own body fat for energy you will quickly start losing again.

🔥 Two, you'll have to reverse the negative psychology you've created around food and drink. Specifically, your emotional relationship with food.

Even with the best of intentions, just trying to white-knuckle your way back into the driving seat is futile.

If you've ever had a dog and, in terms of its toilet training, feel like you did pretty damn good, but annoyingly your darling beloved pet doesn't leave you alone around tea time - you know you or someone trained him that way.

Retraining well-conditioned old habits is difficult. Undoing the ingrained patterns can be frustrating.

Whenever life gets more stressful, simply more social or you just tire in terms of the willpower you were applying - well, you know the common outcome.

Inside our 90 min Masterclass, Catalyst, we teach you precisely how to do this.

🌀She wasn’t lazy.
She was loyal — to her family, her career, her people.
But somewhere between spreadsheets and school runs,
She forgot how to be loyal to HERSELF

So she tried. Again.
Kale. Gym. Diet club - you know the pattern!
And every time she “fell off” — she told herself:
“Maybe I just don’t want it enough.”

But what if the real problem...
Wasn’t her discipline
But the damage of the diets
The hit to her SELF-BELIEF?

That’s why more of the same just won’t cut it.

🌀That’s why we created CATALYST
A master class built for that woman
The one who wants to feel
LIGHT not RESTRICTED
STRONG not OBSESSED
ENERGISED not EXHAUSTED

🌀You didn’t lose motivation.
You outgrew the plan.

Read that again.

The rules you’ve been following?
Built for a body you had 20 years ago —
and a life you don’t live anymore.

So here’s the real question:

What if your ‘falling off’ wasn’t failure…
but a full-body whisper that it’s time to reset?

That’s exactly why we created Catalyst.

A 90-minute masterclass for women over 40 who are done with shame-based plans, last-ditch diets, and trying to “trick” their bodies into responding.

We start by clearing out the emotional wreckage caused by a lifetime of faulty food rules, shame-led plans all disguised as “wellness”

You’ll leave starting to move in the direction of your own personal power!
