Friday. Another week. May we settle in to the weekend by finding comfort in tapping into the constant evolution of the soul. So many feelings, realizations and resolutions. I’m finding compassion for myself in the unhealed places. Opening up to some clarity in spaces (in myself) that need help. Breathing into the grief of being human. Trusting that I am in the right place at the right time. Grateful for the journey. 🦋🌊💙🩵
