“Worry never robs tomorrow of its sorrow, it only saps today of its joy.”– Leo F. Buscaglia
You have a choice; you can anticipate worry, or leave some mental space for something better. If you spend your energy on worrying, that may, and most probably will, lead to further worry.
Or you can use your energy to believe in the possibility of positive change, and bring more hope in. One way to change your state is to focus on things you are grateful for. When you practice gratitude, you bring yourself back to a more positive place. And when you envision a better scenario, and believe that you can work to move it forward, you create more energy for hope.
“Man often becomes what he believes himself to be. If I keep on saying to myself that I cannot do a certain thing, it is possible that I may end by really becoming incapable of doing it. On the contrary, if I shall have the belief that I can do it, I shall surely acquire the capacity to do it, even if I may not have it at the beginning.”~ Mahatma Gandhi--
