Last Monday morning, my 5 year old had an absolutely epic meltdown – the kind where nothing you try works to get your kid calm. We've all been there!

First thing in the morning...meltdown mode. It's tough to not let that vibe dictate the rest of the day. Here's what I did to co-regulate with my daughter, and get back on track and out the door on a Monday!
