In life you will fall out with mates you will not speak to certain family members, realtionship break ups will or may happen, trips to doctors and suffering in silence, not seeing your kids, and lastly loosing love one's which is so heartbreaking , but all them challenges ahead that you face, try to think postive, you will make it and keep it real and moving look out for one another, has you see life is to short and just 2mins out your day to text someone that may be struggling you may know let's beat depression and silent depression I call it 🙌♥️have a good day all
