After being diagnosed with cancer in 2010 and recovering, I began my journey of learning about the different effects food has on our health. I am a strong believer that we are all made to thrive in life and my goal is to teach simple ways to make this happen by using health-building recipes that are easy to cook and affordable.

J'ai enfin assez de haricots dans mon jardin pour en conserver quelques-uns. Avez-vous déjà entendu parler de la fermentation lactique ? C'est si simple à faire et si bon pour améliorer la digestion. Vous n'avez besoin que d'un pot mason !
Oh et c'est DÉLICIEUX ! 🤩🫙
I finally have enough beans in my garden that I am pickling some. Have you ever heard of lactic fermentation? It's so simple to make and so good for improving digestion. You only need a mason jar!

That’s because people eating at home generally consume more vegetables and are eating less fast food than those who normally eat out; they also end up consuming less sugar. ⁣

Cooking at home is one of your most valuable and accessible tools to long-lasting health and disease prevention. ⁣

I am passionate about what I do, so it’s time to get out of my comfort zone and start a little project this summer. I am seeking someone who needs practical help to achieve their goals in a practical way.

-Have you been given a list of things to avoid or a restricted diet?
-Have you worked with a specialist and got discouraged after a while and would like help to apply the changes needed for the long term in your life?
