Peggy and I have been experimenting with grounding or earthing. Did realize how much we needed to get in contact with earth,
So we watched some videos(Maybe 100) and ran a drove a ground rod into the earth, and bought a sheet with silver thread in it. Its almost a month now and we are sleeping so soundly now, it is refreshing the difference! Get out and ground 10 hours a day, for free if you can. If you're like us, work life doesn't allow sitting outside with your toes in the grass for hours, so we grounded where we sleep...

Peggy and I have been carnivores now for 4 years.
We often get asked will we continue this way of eating?
I answer with stating that within 60 days I rid myself of Gout, Plantar Fasciitis, and severe heartburn. I have no desire to eat another “Healthy Salad” again!
