I’ve always seen myself as an extrovert — I love connecting with people, meeting new souls, soaking in the energy of a buzzing room. But even the most social hearts need solitude.
Lately, I’ve been craving stillness. When my social battery runs low (and sometimes stays flat for a while), I come back to my mat. Yoga helps me reconnect, recharge, and release all that I’ve been unknowingly holding onto.
This time so far in Oxford has been such a gift. I feel so grateful for the beautiful souls I’ve crossed paths with, for the conversations, the shared smiles, the unexpected moments. And I’m just as grateful for the quiet in between — the moments of pause that allow me to come back to me.
