Latissimus dorsi pain can be hard to differentiate from other types of back or shoulder pain. You'll usually feel it in your shoulder, back, or upper or lower arm. The pain will worsen when you reach forward or extend your arms.

Sciatic pain, normally caused by imbalance of muscles from anywhere in hip region down to foot alignment. A common oversight is the thigh abductors, don’t neglect this area when stretching, particularly if sitting takes up a proportion of your day. Appropriate stretch

Just a quick thank you all for supporting the new infection control procedures put in place post covid.

General feedback has been that of feelings of reassurance & confidence not just from COVID-19 but generally.

I continue to encourage these procedures for the time being to keep you & me safe:

* Cancel appt if you are showing Covid-19 symptoms.

* Cancel if you have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive.

* Wear a face covering upon arrival.

* Bring 2 of your own towels for your personal use & comfort, which you will take away with you.

* Bring own water/refreshment.

* Come alone, on time & not before.

* Inform me of any Covid-19 related changes within your household 7 days post appt.
