Many couple spend time researching birth options and creating a detailed birth plan- but what about after your baby arrives? In this Prenatal Lactation Counseling session, you’ll meet with experienced lactation and feeding specialist, Tina Palomino, to learn what to expect in the hospital, birth center, or at home. We’ll walk you through the early hours and days of breastfeeding, help you prepare for common challenges, and give you the tools and confidence to start your feeding journey with clarity and support.

Join us for Small Talk, a child-led, play- based class led by a Speech-Language Pathologist to improve your child’s communication skills, social skills, and confidence. Parents will learn how to appropriately model language, create language opportunities and implement simple language strategies during daily activities to increase their child’s communication and social skills. This class if for parents that are concerned about their child’s vocabulary or language development or for parents that are not sure how many words their child should be using.
