First post on this page(Sync With Samantha) Here is a brief introduction about my pages purpose:

Start living in sync with your mind, body, and spirit to become the healthiest, most confident, and happiest version of you.
What is NOT living in sync:
* Working so hard that you work against your body, often reach burn out.
* No matter what workout, diet, or medication you try, you still find yourself stuck at the end of the day. (A never ending cycle)
* Restricting calories with the goal of weight loss, only to find yourself gaining weight overtime. (Eating Disorders)
* You’ve tried every diet like Keto, Intermediate Fasting, Low Cal/High Protein, Low Carb, ect. but none of those gave lasting results.
* Feeling like you need to be working at your maximum capacity everyday.
* Feeling like you are doing everything right, but also feeling like everything is working against you.
* Feeling your body is against you, or isn’t functioning right even though you feel you’re eating healthy and exercising enough.
* Your period is unbearable. You can’t attend school or work because of it.
* You have an irregular cycle.
* You develop cysts or fibroids.
* You get extremely bloated and breakout all over your face as a symptom.
If any of those resonated and hit way too close to home, I promise you are not alone.
It’s. So. frustrating. and exhausting when you try everything in the book. But I’m here to assure you there is another way:)
When you work against your body, it works against you. Simple as that. When you work with your body in sync with its hormone and biological processes, it works with you, in favor of YOU. It’s honestly so magical and empowering, which is why I am determined to help anyone who feels lost and not in tune with their bodies.
