Almost done with this Powerzone Challenge and deciding whether or not I want to attempt the FTP test. If you PZ you know the struggle! 😂😩 I haven’t been as consistent in my workout schedule as I would have liked since we moved—but I think I’m finally getting back into a consistent rhythm! 😍🤤💪

Eggnog Biscoff Shake

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 Tbs. Califia Farms Almondmilk Creamer Nog
1 serving CSE Eggnog Protein Powder
½ Tbs. Gingerbread Cookie OffBeat Butter
2 Biscoff Cookies
¼ cup low-fat cottage cheese
¼ tsp. xanthan gum
150g ice cubes
Toppings:
2 Biscoff Cookies

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth.
Pour into a cup. Crumble the remaining 2 cookies on top and enjoy with a spoon.
