St. John’s Wart - is known to decrease depression and nervousness.

Ginseng - helps regulate the immune response, which also helps balance our hormones when we’re stressed.

Chamomile - while chamomile is known to decrease stress, it is also been proven to decrease generalized anxiety disorder.

Lavender- induces relaxation, reduces anxiety, tension, sadness, and even enhances focus.

1. The most melatonin is produced between 1-4am so sleeping during this period is very important.
2. Our body needs 7-9 hours of sleep to preform at it's best.
