Hi everyone, so as you may know I have started my fitness plan and it’s not been easy but it’s had a massive impact on me. So for this reason I wanted to start a group where if anyone wants to meet up for a walk anytime we could meet and help our mental and physical health. Walking is a great thing to do for anyone regardless of physical ability. Wether it’s 10 mins or 1 hour or more let’s try and help each other out. So many are struggling and it would be great if we could just help each other by walking. So please feel free to add your friends to the page and if anyone would like a walk in the day when kids at school or weekends let’s see if we can do it.
