Sure weight loss can occur when changing lifestyle habits, supplements can be a great addition to a balanced diet (including ashwagandha, no hate ✊🏼) but they aren't the root cause answer to your wellness problems!

Being consistent 🗓 no one meal or day is going to make or break your wellness!
Make sure the changes you are making are sustainable and can be done every day.

Eating balanced meals 🥑🍕🥦 . If you're having cravings, feeling extra hungry, stressed about food, restricting yourself and simply not eating enough. This is not good for your health and could cause your blood sugar to get out of whack! Focus on balanced portions at meals rather than cutting out food groups.

Getting adequate rest 😴 Are you always tired? Make sure you're getting enough rest (AND enough food!). No amount of supplementation can outweigh poor sleep quality, or overcome burnout the same way a restful night's sleep (regularly) can!
