Difficult emotions 😬ANXIETY EDITION😬

Almost ALWAYS these difficult thoughts and emotions are things we have experienced before.

ALWAYS we get through them 💚

👉Almost always we end up REACTING rather than ACTING!

👉Almost always we try and escape and avoid

🙌🏻However… what if we 🤨

💪Put our experience and knowledge into ACTION, what if actually things were going to be brilliant?

💪Faced the feeling, leant into the uncomfortable thought?

💪What if we aren’t bad person, actually quite the opposite!

🔔🤸‍♀️MOVEMENT🏋️‍♀️🔔.

Today my movement has been a game of squash 🥍(not a squash racket, but closest emoji)

🤔How did I feel BEFORE?
I was tired, wanted to have dinner, couldn’t be bothered, and thought it’s easier to do it another day.
🤔What ACTION did I take?
I forced myself to go, and I have accountability as I need to set a good impression 😅
🤔How did I feel AFTER?
1000000 dollars 💸 baby 😍
✅ Endorphin boost
✅ Energy boost
✅Higher Energy
✅Clearer mind

So I am posting something which highlights tools I use when I’m not feeling great.

☀️Welcome to Being 🙏

My goal and mission is to create a dynamic platform which has a range of resources and materials, via blogs, podcasts, book recommendations and more. 📚🎙I am striving to create a space that is accessible and digestible for anyone and everyone 🧒🏼👩🏽👨🏻👵🏿👩🏻‍🎓👨‍🎨👩🏽‍🍼👭👨‍👧‍👧.
From sharing my own challenges, to discussing with others their own. I hope to help, in anyway I can. To mitigate shame, stigma and isolation💪🏼👍🏻🙌🏽🫱🏽‍🫲🏿.

This journey🌅 is as new for me as anyone else reading, so we will be learning and discovering together. I will be launching my website and blog in the near future, as well as my podcast. I will share this on all social media platforms so keep your eyes out 👀.
