Almost ALWAYS these difficult thoughts and emotions are things we have experienced before.
ALWAYS we get through them 💚
👉Almost always we end up REACTING rather than ACTING!
👉Almost always we try and escape and avoid
🙌🏻However… what if we 🤨
💪Put our experience and knowledge into ACTION, what if actually things were going to be brilliant?
💪Faced the feeling, leant into the uncomfortable thought?
💪What if we aren’t bad person, actually quite the opposite!
