Many mothers become mentally weak after pregnancy. Most of the time, their family members do not understand them, and they keep telling them all kinds of knowledges .
Stay by the mothers' side during that time, support them mentally!! Because mothers become depressed.
To overcome depression, mothers need to 1) exercise, 2) socialize, 3) fulfill your small hobbies little by little, and 4) consult with a psychologist if necessary.
