YAKAP offers a range of benefits, including unlimited consultations, selected laboratory services, and up to ₱20,000 worth of medications per year. Eligible members and dependents, from newborns up to 20 years old, may register.

Once registered through the eGov app or PhilHealth Member Portal, patients may proceed to the clinic for their First Patient Encounter (FPE) and submission of required documents. Please bring a valid ID and your PhilHealth ID or MDR.
