Update

We decided it was best to get a new neurologist for Joseph
We added Lacosamide to his daily medications

And we all decided to ween him off Kepra.
As of tomorrow Joseph is officially off of it.
For the past month it’s been kind of a wild journey, his gut is struggling but He’s a champ! He is much more happier and less irritable! Wow!

We also moved to a different home!

Judah worked so hard to learn to read and he completed all the bob books!!! Yay!

Judah is in flag football, which to him is a love-hate haha, he likes it and hates it at the same time… but it looks he has more fun at practices then the games. But it’s his first time in this sport.

Going to try to get them into musical theater this summer!

They will be starting at public school in the fall, which is very bitter sweet.

Prayer request:

Please be praying over continuous healing over Joseph!

Pray for peace and comfort over Judah and Joseph as divorces has many challenges and adjustments.

Pray for all the moving pieces in our lives!!
Job, school, therapies, healing.

Pray for supernatural provision over us!

They adjust well to public school in the fall.

Summer break! Protection, provision, guidance and peace!

The Lord's will be done in our lives and families.

God Is so good! He has provided in ways i can’t even begin to share! It’s been a year of change and moves and miracles in our hearts and bodies. I am so excited for what is next in our lives! Gods plan is better than ours.

So thankful for all of the prayer warriors praying over our family

Hi friends and family!!

Here’s a mini update.

It’s been an eventful but amazing August so far!!

End of July Joseph ended up having another seizure, we did have to go to the Hospital. But he recovered so quickly. Upped his anti seizure meds.

Last week Judah AND Joseph started attending school! (Non graded, kind of like Montessori)

And I got a job as. Guide at the school in an older studio room.

It’s been a blast, the boys are doing so well and I’m so thankful for this opportunity to grow through this journey.

Judahs goal for them year is to read!!!
Joseph’s goal is to read and write!!

Joseph’s outpatient therapies are going great as well! Adjusting to post school schedules etc.

Sorry it’s been a while since I’ve given you all an update!! Kind of random updates for you!

Joseph’s doing great on his anti seizure meds so far. Got a wrist band that monitors him if he has a seizure it will alart us! Great for sleeping! Joseph loves his naps!! So this is very much putting us all at ease adjusting to possibly having more seizures.

Joseph has a follow up appointment in March for his seizure and EEG test.

January 9th Judah turned 7
February 5th Joseph turned 6

2024 has been a great year so far. Honestly the best year yet!! Life is Such a joy with these boys

Homeschooling the boys still.
It’s going amazing!

We play lots of board games, baking together, the boys are learning to make me coffee.
Judahs learning how to braid my hair now.
Judah writes songs, and loves the piano. Joseph’s speech improved even more after that seizure he had. We all don’t know why. But God is awesome.

And overall Joseph and I are working so hard everyday to improve his speech and mobility!

We have wonderful therapists for Joseph’s aswell.
