One thing you might not know about me, is I CANT push on through when it comes to what I do for work. If I'm not right, I need to rest and reset. Then I can give my clients the best energy and service.

You might think January is the time we need to get on those new goals, gym, money....bla bla bla, but actually, January, we all need to rest after the craziness that was December. Look after urselves my loves. ❤️

Hey, sorry iv been gone so long. Iv realised today, that iv actually been working on myself, my mental and physical health for nearly 10years now. Then i trained in the things Iv needed.

I'm not just one of those 'happy' people....iv been through pain, heart ache, anxiety and emotional turmoil. I got help from various holistic practitioners. It's helped me beyond words.
And I continue to do so, coz there's always something going on.

Since my dad passed last year, which has been so hard for us all,
I feel i owe it to him, he was my biggest supporter when it came to me working for myself. He believed in me and my abilities.

Iv realised I'm doing people an injustice by keeping all the tools iv learnt, to myself, through FEAR OF FAILURE!

So here i am a 'holistic therapist' trained in KINESIOLOGY, REIKI, MEDITATION, CRYSTALS and now NATURAL FACELIFT REJUVENATION MASSAGE.

As of next week I will be taking clients in a lovely salon in clevedon, for this delightful relaxing facial massage, which leaves your skin plumped and refreshed looking. Aswell as all the healing benefits to make u feel amazing from the inside out.... i really Look forward to hearing from you.
