Happy Halloween!
Well tonight the children got to dress up and go trick or treating, with their cousins. We told some Halloween jokes. We raided grandma’s and grandad’s sweetie stash twice 🤦‍♀️😂.
But why the tiny feet picture???
Well my husband likes to call my treatments witchcraft 🤦‍♀️ 🪄 well yes it does make people feel like magic. Because even those tiny little feet hold a map to the body! And using reflexology I can treat you by just treating your feet. Kind of cool😎.

Apologies for being quiet over the school holidays but we’ve ( me, the husband, 4 kids and 2 dogs) have been making some memories with friends and family.
We went to a music festival, we learnt to paddle board, we played with the ponies at home, and we had lots of little caravan trips.
So now I am back, I am re energised and ready to get back into treating you lovely mums.

This picture speaks 1000 words and shows that bond babies make when their mum is feeding them. Staring into those eyes, being their safe space.
Well, I’ve been seeing lots of posts this week celebrating world breastfeeding week 🥰 however I have also seen lots just celebrating feeding or apologising for sharing their breastfeeding accomplishments.
Feeding your baby is a personal choice and can also be a medical decision, and we certainly don’t want to make anyone feel bad. Every mum should be celebrated!
However it is absolutely ok to celebrate your own personal wins and I’m really proud that I breastfed my children and I have normalised breastfeeding for lots of little ones in my life.

They arrived 😍😍😍
This week is world breastfeeding week!
Whilst I understand that my breastfeeding journey may have been easier than most. It’s still had its challenges! Including tongue ties and poorly babies.
However I have honestly loved it 🥰 and I’m very proud that I have breastfed all 4 children. These photos for me mark drawing closer to the end of my breastfeeding journey. Whilst I don’t plan on giving up yet ( I got to 2 years with Nyla) he will definitely be my last baby to feed.
So thank you for capturing these moments.
Please remember there is lots of support out there for people on their feeding journey. Feel free to contact me for advice or support. Sometimes it can feel very lonely on this journey, especially those middle of the night feeds #. But remember you’re doing a great job!!
