Location Update for Wednesday Restore 🤗
Starting this week, Wednesday Restore will be held at .studio — same time, every Wednesday from 7:00–8:30 PM.
If you already have a class pass with me, you can continue using it until it runs out. After that, you can register through the Spirit Rising’s website. They offer a Studio Credit Pass, which works out to $20 per class. Otherwise it is $25 per class. ☺️
This class is open to every body — we use lots of props to support deeply restful, comfortable positions. The focus is to gently restore both body and mind.
