Today's Wellness Wednesday is about taking a step back and stepping into self-care. It's been a long hot summer and it's time for me to take a break and step into some things that I enjoy doing. By doing so I can continue to serve my community and provide the best care. I promise to come back refreshed and with some new content for our page.

Today's Triumph Thursday is a little bit different from the usual.
As we all know this Monday is the 4th of July. This means many things for those of us with sensitive ears! Fireworks can be very loud and frightening for us so for all of my Pirates that have pets make sure to keep them secured and safe this weekend!
Fireworks can also be dangerous for people. Always follow the safety instructions listed on the fireworks and be sure to NEVER point them at a house/plant/any living creature as this could cause burns and fires. Stay safe and have fun this 4th of July weekend!
