The gravity is such a powerful force that it holds an infinitely large atmosphere in its place. Our brain is that gravity for us. A body without a healthy mind is like a ship without a rudder. It's like a guitar with broken strings incapable of producing any symphony. Our body is just millions of small, very small atoms holding the power to do wonders, only if we allow it to.
The concept of increasing concerns about mental health is relatively recent. This is mainly because the older generations were never exposed to an environment like the present. We are now living in an environment of innumerable discoveries, an environment of constantly evolving technology. In an atmosphere like this there's an unspoken pressure, a pressure to outdo ourselves, a pressure to be perfect, a pressure to have a well sorted out, perfect life just because the others seem to have that in their pictures. While technology has provided with bold platforms where the youth can express their vociferous views but on the darker side it is now holding everyone's mental health by its sickle.
Our mind is like that flower, that is getting books and poetry written about its power to fascinate and rule the entire world by it's charm but it's important to remember that it is just as fragile as that flower, and if not watered, it will wither away. And this time we won't let it wither away.
