1️⃣🍞🥑A slice of toasted sprouted bread topped with mashed avocado + feta + EBTB seasoning + h**p hearts + smoked salmon + a 7 minute boiled egg sprinkled with red pepper flakes, and some banana slices and blackberries on the side!
2️⃣🥪🍊Two slices of toasted sourdough bread topped with spinach, tomatoes, avocado slices, an egg fried in avocado oil, micro greens, and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes + EBTB seasoning, with some mandarin oranges, red grapes + banana slices on the side!
3️⃣🍠🍌Roasted sweet potatoes (baked at 425F for about 30 min, flipping halfway), avocado slices sprinkled with EBTB seasoning, banana slices + red grapes + mandarin oranges, and two 7 min and 30 second boiled eggs!

Looking to switch up your chicken routine? I got you covered!
These combos are simple and easy to whip up for the week. In the photo, I’m using my silicone, reusable, dishwasher safe to marinade the chicken to help cut down on my use of plastic for the environment and for me! ⠀
⭐️What to do:
1. Combine ingredients in a bowl.
2. Place chicken and marinade a bag.
3. Marinade in fridge for 2 hours.
4. Bake for 25 min 450 degrees for a 7oz breast

Below are the marinades. Each makes 1 serving, multiply for each chicken breast you have.

🍋Cilantro lime:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lime
1 tsp honey
1/4 cup cilantro leaves chopped
1 clove garlic minced
Sea salt to taste

🥥Coconut Curry :
1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
1 tbsp red curry paste
1 tbsp curry powder
1 lime
Sea salt to tase

🍈Jalapeño Lime Marinade
1 lime
1 tbsp avocado oil
1-2 jalapeños, cut
Sea salt to taste

🥜Lemon ginger:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon
1 tsp minced ginger
1/8 tsp red pepper flake
Sea salt + pepper to taste

What else do you wish we learned in school?

So obviously we all learned more in school than 8 x 7 and what H20 stands for. That’s not the point of this post.

The point of this post is that I wish we also learned more about the bottom items within the public K-12 education system.

Going through puberty is so challenging as it is, so having a better understanding of how we operate as humans and ways to cope with life would be such amazing info to have at that age.

All dishes approximately 500 CALORIES


🍤 CAJUN SHRIMP 🍤
Sauté 1 lb shrimp with 1 tbs paprika, 1 tsp Cajun and 1 tbs Olive Oil. Salad bowl ingredients are Romaine lettuce, corn, tomatoes + avocado. Dressing: Olive oil, lemons, salt and pepper.


🍗 CAJUN CHICKEN 🍗
Chicken breast marinated with Cajun, paprika and EVOO then sear until your liking! In bowl add Quinoa, corn, tomatoes + avocado mix with salt, pepper, oil and 🍋 Garnish with pepper and cilantro.


🧀 Mozzarella and Avocado 🧀
What you need: Mozzarella Pearls, avocado and tomatoes with balsamic vinegar, fresh basil 🌿, oil, s+p.


🥩 Garlic Sirloin Steak 🥩
1 lb Baby Yellow potatoes, tomatoes + sugar snaps cooked with oil, Italian herbs, garlic powder, s+p. Steak marinated in oil, 2 garlic cloves minced, 2 tbs balsamic vinegar, s+p. Garnish with Parsley. Enjoy!


🍣 Salmon 🍣
Season with EVOO, garlic powder, raw honey🍯
Eggs, sautéed spinach and 🥑
