Hi there! I’m Kelly Little ~ after settling back into Florida (my 27th move😳), I figured it’s about time for me to properly introduce myself:
As a wife, mom of 3, and someone who has personally overcome the challenges of Fibromyalgia, Multiple Sclerosis, and Complex-PTSD, I’m proud to have alleviated the symptoms that once defined my life. How? The transformative power of plant-based nutrition & medicine, Somatic Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing, and energy therapies of Qigong, Reiki, & Quantum Touch. These healing modalities helped me regain a deeper connection to my inner peace, joy, and vitality, which I now share with others as a dedicated holistic health and wellness specialist.
I’m proud to be a National Board Certified Teacher, a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Meditation Specialist, Reiki Master Teacher, and Quantum Touch Practitioner. I have decades of experience in education—formerly as a professor of American Sign Language, teaching little ones in pre-school, elementary school-aged children, as well as working with aging seniors in an Assisted Living Facility.
I’ve spent years cultivating a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, and am still learning more through Grof Transpersonal Training to become a Holotropic Breathwork Practitioner. I offer trauma-informed, private individual and group Yoga classes, meditation sessions, and energy healing. I have a special place in my heart for supporting families with children of all ages to find balance through gentle, effective, and reflective practices that empower each person to thrive in all areas of their life.
I want you to feel safe and empowered as I guide you to work through various approaches of awareness, intention, stillness, breathwork, and movement – all of which are integral to you achieving mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Let's work together through your transformative healing journey to bring more peace, strength, and connection into your life!
🌺Would you shoot me a fun fact about you so I can get to know you a little better, too?
