The session was highly practical, offering numerous actionable tips, tricks, and insights into guiding parents of children with ADHD. The workshop explored solutions from diverse perspectives, including those of psychiatrists, psychologists, behavioral therapists, and occupational therapists.

Last week, I had the privilege of conducting a session at Humsafar Trust to shed light on mental health—an area that deserves all the attention it can get. We discussed the signs and symptoms of various mental health issues and explored practical, evidence-based solutions.

Our goal was to make the session scientific yet relatable, and the audience’s engagement was inspiring. Their curiosity led to thought-provoking questions, and their collective effort in answering them highlighted the power of shared knowledge and understanding.

It was deeply satisfying to contribute to mental health awareness and witness such enthusiasm for learning and growth. Together, we’re breaking stigmas, one conversation at a time.
