Team Fluffy Girl was assembled to bring woman together, support, and empower each other on our often challenging journey of self-love, self-discovery and for becoming the BEST version of ourselves. This group is meant to motivate, inspire and give you the willingness to begin, restart or continue your journey alongside some incredible women. A fluffy girl is a woman who is confident, who comes in all shapes and sizes, who loves herself regardless of her size, who strives to become healthier, stronger and discover the best versions of herself. A fluffy girl is loveable, a badass, she empowers others, supports others, and most of all is beautiful inside and out.

We are all about our community, it's amazing how much a weekend with your friends can fill your cup.

We had a small but mighty group head to Burlington this weekend for a BODi event to meet super trainer Megan Davies. These girls have become family to us, we love our TFG family!
