If you live in Pasadena (or near) join at the beautiful Victory Park (Altadena St/Paloma St.) or VIRTUALLY We have classes daily with 8 different RYT certified yoga teachers, M-Sun, from 9-10am, Mon. 5-6pm Virtual class, Mon/Wed 6:30-7:30pm, Tuesday/Thursday 5:45-6:45pm/Sun. 5–6pm. Please wear a mask and maintain social distance of course! It feels sooooo good to be outside with others doing yoga and after class there’s a 99.9% chance that you’ll feel better than before you stepped on your mat. Give your mind and intellect a rest. Drop deep into your heart. Move with your souls purpose and allow the B.S. to naturally cease to exist. Awakening Flows are intended to get you to where you want to be. Hello everybody! All classes have been moved to VICTORY PARK in Pasadena (with the exception of sat/sun 10:30am and mon at 5pm). Meet us at Victory Park (in the Altadena/Paloma S/W side) and of course still Virtual IGTV starting today!

Devotion in motion. Honoring the divine mother below and receiving all of her bountiful gifts. This is me after yoga. It’s so much more than a body goal or physical movements. It opens the doors to the heart and soul. It’s simple. Just show up and drop into your heart. The rest will come with consistent practice.
