Hello! We have some new followers so I thought I’d reintroduce myself. My name is Jessica and I have been a RMT for 4 years now! I am currently working out of 💆‍♀️

Growing up I knew I wanted a career that would combine my love of health sciences and helping people. Fast forward to 2018 where I graduated from Ontario Tech University with a Bachelor of Science Honors in Kinesiology. In the summer of 2018, I moved to Calgary where I went on to obtain my 2200hr diploma in Massage Therapy from Mount Royal University.

I now live in Airdrie and work at a clinic where I get to help families feel and move better. My areas of interest include; pre and post natal care, postural dysfunctions, light touch, stress reduction, headaches/migraines, and fascial work. Whether you’re a child going through growing pains or a senior wanting to maintain range of motion, I’d love to work with you to create a treatment plan tailored to your needs.

I am always looking to learn additional skills and tools to help my clients. I currently have additional training in Prenatal Massage, and Dynamic Cupping.

When I’m not massaging I love to spend time with my family 👩🧔‍♂️🐶, travel ✈️ and visit the mountains 🏔️✨
