Sweet and Savory Bacon Ice Cream
If you love trying bold dessert flavors, this Bacon Ice Cream will surprise you in the best way. It’s the perfect balance of creamy dulce de leche, crunchy pecans, and crispy bacon—creating a unique treat that’s both sweet and salty. Simple to make, unforgettable to taste.
Ingredients:
1 pound bacon
1 pint dulce de leche ice cream (softened slightly)
¼ cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
Cook bacon until crispy. Once cooled, chop into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix the chopped bacon and pecans. Set aside about 1 teaspoon of this mixture for topping.
Gently fold the remaining bacon and pecans into the softened dulce de leche ice cream.
Return the mixture to the freezer and allow it to firm up completely.
Scoop into cups or bowls, then top with the reserved bacon and pecans before serving.
Tip:
