We got a new Micky waffle maker! It makes 6 waffles at once and Luke loves it! Just like the ones at Disney! We used Deanna’s Gluten Free waffle mix, which I heard is what they use at Disney..it is beyond delicious! It’s a must try! (Customer service was great as well! Super fast shipping!) , , , ,

There is nothing like finding a safe gluten free ice cream shop! Thank you Skipper Dipper In LBI, NJ! Look at this ice cream! They keep new ice cream containers in the back just for people with celiac and other allergies, and they change gloves etc. They were so accommodating! , , , ,

If you ever travel to the Pocono mountains in Pennsylvania, you MUST stop by the Trackside Grill & Bar in East Stroudsburg, PA. The owner, Michael, has celiac disease and went above and beyond to accommodate our gluten free requests. I wish I took more/better pictures to share but we were so excited about the food and atmosphere! Luke started off with Buffalo wings and then had chicken tenders and a burger roll (yes, a burger roll, he was so happy to eat bread) The food was incredible. I was so happy to find a place like this! Thank you Michael and Diane! We will be back for sure!!! , , ,

We had a BIG birthday in the No Glu Tube house yesterday! Luke turned 10! We celebrated with winning a baseball game (Luke’s hit a bomb that was inches from being a home run!), a nice steak lunch then a party with his buds. Gluten free ice cream cake from Wegmans-Abilyn’s! They have vanilla “Oreo”, vanilla/chocolate with a cookie layer and cookie dough! Yes, we had 3 and yes, they were all delicious! So nice to have a GF cake option! , , , , , ,

Happy May everyone! May is celiac awareness month! Thinking of my Luke and anyone else who suffers with this disease. A few grocery stores will have special gluten free items this month, in particular Aldi! Can’t wait to go and check it out. I will post whatever I find!
