What you think you become and what you feel you attract. Your energy introduces you before you even speak.
This month I could’ve easily went under a rock and laid there. Everything that could’ve went wrong did. Regardless of what it looks like, we all have moments but learning how to not stay in it, is life changing. I’ve learned how to trick my mind into positive thinking. I even went as far as creating conditions in my mind to remind myself of why I couldn’t stay there. I try my best to do the things that brings out my happiest self. I’m more productive, creative & make better decisions when I feel good. Ooo! Here’s something cool. Do you know colors that you see can have an impact on your mood. I love pinks & oranges! I haven’t done the research yet but I’m sure these are happy colors that’s why I wear them often. Well I can go on and on about this but I want you to more great days than bad!
Try this out when you’re feeling down or thinking negatively.
-Observe your thoughts
-Scan for at least 3 positives, daily
-Give someone a shot out (love this one)
-Surround yourself with positive people
-Move your body! Work out or dance
-Talk nice to yourself(I do this in the mirror)
-Make time to do something you love
