Incase you haven't seen who I am and what I'm about... here is a little bit ABOUT ME:
I'm a functional yoga and movement coach and train both brain and body through blending intelligent movement with applied neurology. Think improving optimal movement patterns, strength, stability, balance, mobility, motor-control and cognition for injury prevention, pain mitigation, improving performance and aiding longevity.
It is an approach for everyone. Think of it as setting you up for success by laying-down good foundations for which you can then build-on and take in to any and area of your life.
I'll teach you to move the way your body was designed to move, so that you can move better, feel stronger and live more.
