Happy Sundayyy friends! This veggie burger salad was actually my lunch on Friday, but I didn’t feel like posting the last few days 💁🏻‍♀️ it’s a super quick lunch since it only takes 15 minutes to make (MAX) which is ideal when working from home and trying to maximize your lunch break 😎 pro tip: make any salad better by basically burying it under layer of feta 😋
