It’s your job to sift through the tales you tell yourself and examine if they’re true and determine if they are serving you. ☁️👀

“You need to learn how to select your thoughts just the same way you select your clothes every day. This is a power you can cultivate. If you want to control things in your life so bad, work on the mind. That's the only thing you should be trying to control.” 🤍

Have you read, Eat, Pray, Love by ? This quote, and many others from this novel, carried my heart in my 20s. It guided me through heartbreak, uncertainty, and the weight of being a lost soul just trying to find her way.

↬ But I wasn’t until recently that I really understood the power of this quote.

Thinking deliberate thoughts is something that has shifted the way I experience the world. There is no magic potion or life hack to get to this place, you simply have to become a compassionate observer of your thoughts. ✩ I can teach you how. What if instead of making a long list of ways you want to improve in 2023 you decided to commit to 3 things?

3 things that you’re going to dedicate your time and attention to- no matter what. The true difference between a resolution and a commitment is mindset.

Try this thought on for size: "it would be nice to insert your goal here]." How does it feel?

Now try this: "no matter what, I'm going to [inset goal here]."

Feels a little different, doesn't it? ✨

To truly commit to something takes one thing: faith. Faith that you are capable, deserving, and worthy.

To get to where you're going to have to make a plan and act accordingly but first you have to know our worthy of the life you want.
Let this be your sign to get seriously obsessed with your goals. This can be your year.
