THE GREENER, THE BETTER!
We gotta admit. Vegetables? Not that tasty. Majority of us hated eating vegetables when we were kids as we preferred eating chicken and all sorts of meats and junk foods. However, green and leafy vegetables are essential in one’s diet. It provides us with a substantial amount of vitamins and minerals without worrying about the amount of calories present in the meal. Furthermore, this helps us in maintaining a proper diet and reduces the risk of obesity and other chronic diseases.
