In my RootShift program, we move away from punishment and toward Metabolic Efficiency.

These 5 moves are designed to trigger the ‘AFTERBURN’ effect (EPOC). This means your metabolism stays elevated for hours after you’re done, even while you’re sitting at your desk or sleeping.

THE ROOTSHIFT PROTOCOL (Save this for your morning!):
Perform each move for 45 seconds, followed by 15 seconds of deep, mindful breathing to regulate your nervous system.
1️⃣ Urdhva Janu Flow: Ignites the “inner fire” (Manipura Chakra) to boost metabolic heat.
2️⃣ Agni Heel-Taps: Powers the posterior chain to turn your legs into a furnace.

I am deeply honoured to receive the Most Inspiring Transformation Coach 2025 award from the for my work as a Yoga Teacher and a Weight Loss Coach, having taught over 800 people across 18 countries so far.

Being recognised by an institution that has touched the journeys of so many practitioners and teachers worldwide is truly humbling. Bodhi has been my foundation, where I’ve completed multiple trainings and continue to learn each day. My heartfelt gratitude to my teachers for their wisdom and guidance, and to my students whose trust and dedication make this journey meaningful. This recognition belongs to them as much as it does to me, and it inspires me to keep learning, evolving, and serving through yoga.
