Mindfulness has had a recent renaissance in the mental health and well-being world. Mindfulness is being aware of or bringing attention to the present moment purposefully and without judgment.

Benefits of regularly practicing mindfulness include but are not limited to:

Our bodies are designed to move! Movement can also help with our mental health and shifting our emotional state! Set a timer on your phone to move or change positions when you are at your desk! It can be as easy as standing down and sitting back down while taking a deep breath!
