However you got here, you cant change the past, but your future is negotiable. Every day you wake up you can control the narrative. You may not wake up feeling great every day, but you still have a choice how you want to live that day. Its OK to grieve and be mad, just don't sit in it. Its absolutely ok to feel exhausted and defeated, just pace yourself on those days. And it's ok to struggle when you're symptoms are giving you are hard time on those days. You're doing your absolute best, and that is enough. Self care, balance and compassion are key. You want to create inner peace within yourself and get rid of any expectations. Day by day - that's all you're expected to do right now. Don't allow what you cannot do at the moment interfere with what you can do. Recovery starts with taking the pressure off yourself and creating your own little bubble of serenity - no matter what the day brings! Balancing your mind will balance your motion.
