Here are 2 herbal ways to help with breathing and cough this season:
A quick option is breathe easy tea, and my favorite is mullein leaf. It has tiny spikes so use a coffee filter in your strainer or strain through a coffee filter, as instructed by my herbalist 20 years ago. I am still using it on lung congested days or whenever I am not breathing smoothly, and it works miracles.

Headaches can really make it hard to focus and to function.
Try using this powerful acupressure point for 3 minutes every couple of hours to release neck tension and relieve pain. Use diaphragmatic breathing to pull energy out of the head and down into the lower body.
