Testimony!!

“When I started class I was confused. Turns out confusion doesn’t come from God. I started in DHS system then on to drugs and alcohol abandoned at 12 and in and out of prison, now I’m 39 yrs old and have rededicated my life to my Heavenly Father. Since I have been in this 12 step program, our Heavenly Lord has opened doors. I’m free on the inside and that’s a miracle of its own.” – Jessica

Life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate its challenges alone. No matter what you’re facing addiction, anxiety, broken relationships, or simply feeling lost there is hope and healing through Jesus Christ.

You were created for community. When we gather together, support one another, and seek God’s truth, real transformation happens. Christ offers new beginnings, not just for our circumstances, but for our hearts.

Joining a group is a step of faith, where you can connect with others, grow spiritually, and experience Christ’s love in practical ways. Let the light of God’s Word guide you:

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” – Matthew 11:28

True growth happens in community. Proverbs 27:17 says, "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another."

We’re meant to encourage, challenge, and inspire one another to be our best selves. Just as iron sharpening iron requires contact and effort, meaningful relationships help us learn, grow, and become stronger together.

Reach out to someone who sharpens you, or offer encouragement to a friend who needs it today. We’re all better when we lift each other up!

Scripture reminds us that the greatest picture of love was Jesus laying down His life for us. His sacrifice shows us that true love costs something; it requires selflessness and humility. In response, we are called to love others in the same way—serving, encouraging, and sometimes even sacrificing our comfort for the good of our brothers and sisters.

Today, let’s ask ourselves: How can I lay down my life in love for someone else? It may be as simple as listening, offering help, or showing kindness when it’s least expected. When we choose to love sacrificially, we reflect Jesus to the world.

Do you ever feel discouraged when something does not go the way you hoped? Life does not always unfold the way we have hoped. Sometimes we have been working, waiting, and praying, but nothing seems to align with our expectations. It’s in those moments that frustration and doubt can creep in, making it hard to see the bigger picture.

In times like these, a simple reminder can shift everything: “Do not despise the manna of God.”

Think about the Israelites in the wilderness. They cried out to God for food, and He provided manna—bread from heaven. But instead of being grateful, they grumbled. Why? Because it wasn’t what they expected. It wasn’t the feast they had envisioned.

How often do we do the same? We ask for provision, for answers, for direction, but when it doesn’t come in the form we imagined, we grumble. We want things to look a certain way. We want control.

But here’s the truth: God’s provision is always enough. It may not look like what we expected, but it’s exactly what we need. The manna sustained the Israelites, just as His blessings—whether big or small, expected or unexpected—sustain us today.

The challenge is to shift our perspective. To stop grumbling over what isn’t and start thanking Him for what is. To trust that His ways are higher than ours, and His provision is perfect, even when it doesn’t match our plans.

If you’re in a season of waiting or wrestling with unmet expectations, let this be a reminder: Don’t despise the manna. It’s a gift, even if it doesn’t look like the feast you imagined.

Sometimes doing good feels like planting seeds in hard ground.

Jesus Himself walked this earth loving those the world overlooked, healing the broken, and serving even when few understood. He knew rejection, pain, and even the cross—yet He never grew weary in doing good. His love and sacrifice are the ultimate example.

When we volunteer, offer encouragement, or choose kindness instead of bitterness, we're following in the footsteps of Christ. We might not see instant results, but remember: every small act of love in Jesus’ name matters eternally. Christ sees, Christ knows, and He delights in faithful hearts that echo His love to the world.

Sometimes the world won’t applaud. But our perseverance is rooted in what Jesus has already done for us, and in His promise of an eternal harvest—a kingdom where every tear is wiped away and every seed sown in love bears perfect fruit.

So don’t give up. Fix your eyes on Jesus. Let His love fuel your commitment to doing good, knowing He will bring a harvest in His time, both in this life and the life to come.

"Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." – Galatians 6:9

"A yes from God blesses you. A no from God protects you. And waiting on God prepares you."

Life is a mix of blessings, lessons, and growth. Sometimes the path we envision isn’t the one we’re meant to take—and that’s okay. Trusting in God’s perfect timing and plan brings peace, even in the waiting.💛

“I’ve learned to let go of certain things and realize that everything will happen on his timing. I’ve grown a lot of different ways and grew in my walk with Christ. Fully understanding that if I keep Him first he’ll work in my favor. Learned that people will come and go and he’ll never leave nor forsake me and whenever I’m in a rut take it to him in prayer.” – Diamonique
