SWINGS 4 MIN SEVERE NERVE PAIN ATTACK Oct 10 2024: Sudden sharp shooting pains in nerves from the waist down to my toes had to stop. Instead Dan drove me to Fabric land unable to walk I can always shuffle.. Got on sale perfect material for winter underwear long johns I will make. I love my $100 cotton knit sweater my birthday present Dan gave me money and found this at my favourite all cotton store 4 corners mall. Good cotton is getting as rare as platinum & my pants are too light for winter but with the right underwear I can wear them cold days. I will make a hat tam to match will never find anything to match my ear muffs favourite Justice store closed due to pandemic. We lost all my fav stores but lucky I found just what I want so I can sew and make what I like. Saw young clerk we giggled, we are the only 2 people who can't wait for snow and love cold winters. Pain too severe to do anything so back to bed for the rest of the day. Oh well I tried. 4 min is better than nothing.🥲

PROUD OF ME! Oct 9 2024: Low pressure sciatica attack but I was determined to push past the pain. Each food was like trying to lift a 50 lb block cement.. Dan took of picture of me climbing as I nearly fell over it was that hard - but I did it - got to the top of the hill. West wind clean fresh air cold, Dan hated it, I loved it. I would have stayed out longer but Dan had stuff to do. This is my kind of cold weather but the humidity was too high so I have sciatica inflammatory pain so grateful I got out. Every min is a joy! Hope people post some trail pictures. Our trees are still very green just starting to turn very late this year it has been too warm trees get just as confused as I do.😍

CLEAN S FRESH AIR RAIN STOP Oct 6 2024: Hard push past severe pain & climbed the steep side of the hill legs still bit crippled - Yippee I got to the top. Summer is back 20F bugs hatching and bear spotted on the trail. This is just 3 blocks from home family subdivision full of children, nice couple warned us. I have not done the trail in over 4 years since the bridge collapsed and I like the swings better anyhow. Too much pain to try the swings so that steep climb was plenty for my legs today. Shopping at Food Basics 4 corners, found 3 meat pie will try that tonight, saw clerk who has been there 35 years looks great some people just don't age. Drugs store also had stool softner so will try that instead of senokot. Dan will pick up organic brazil nuts later at Chris Your Independent Grocer-Sudbury they carry a good product and new Medical research claims just 3 a day will help with gut issues anti-inflammatory ect highest in selenium almost as good as liver so worth trying it.

YA SWINGS & GREAT MORNING! Oct 4 2024: Amazing even my legs are great today I was able to climb using both legs. 5 min hard pump started to sweat too hot had to stop but oh so fabulous clean fresh air. Then we drove the back roads to get to Michaels for plastic photo frames they have an incredible collection got 6 plus fish hooks to fix a few earrings.. then drove up Falconbridge Rd. to Lasalle to Gagnon to get Dan's way over priced $700 yellow antiglare driving glasses repaired. Yep I paid for them for his birthday but I said to him next time we are going to Walmart eye centre 4 corners so close to home, half the price and frankly their frames are triple stronger than these ones from Gagnon. I don't even like that store and too far. Lucky the drive was really pleasant we beat most of the nut jerks drivers and our maple trees are now turning red - so lovely. Oh happy day. Maybe I will get strong enough to ski afterall? Me happy day.😍

WOW AMAZING DAY Oct 3 2024: Got out really early, 7 min hard pump on the swings then my brain got tired lost the signal to my legs so Dan had to help me up the little hill & into jeep. Then went shopping for over one hour from one end to other searching for 8x10 plastic picture frame I won't buy glass anymore too dangerous.. so far both Dollarama, Walmart discontinued them but I will try Staples next. By the time I was finished I climbed the stairs to apt almost ready for ski season ha ha ok not quite but so far I am doing great! Colder weather still has this wonderful affect on my Parkinsonism Disease by Canola & Chemicals and I am getting stronger every day. Now if I could just find a protein I can digest to rebuild my leg muscles? Oh well what the heck 83 I'm delighted with my progress. Also Dan loved my new outfit. Very light weight super stretch perfect for fall temp for me.

OKRA MEMORY Okra is ok for babies after 6 months of age will detox mold, toxic chemicals air food water beverages Parkinsonism Disease by Canola & Chemicals - clearing my one computer (which an email sent to me in Icloud actually compromised my Apple IMac computer can't use it anymore) & I found this I did for a woman whose baby was poisoned living in mold while her parents simply would not believe that mold in their house, maintenance negligent was killing her and her child so she was forced to leave and go into a shelter and for 2 years she fed her baby okra daily and they both survived. We had a falling out as she became vegan obsessed to the point of being almost abusive to anyone who ate meat; which of course to me is the same as being racist! But nevertheless grateful okra saved her child. If I save even one child then my life has not been a waste.
