Extended side angle pose: This pose provides a deep stretch to the groin and hamstring. This pose strengthens legs, knees, and ankles while also stretching and toning abdominal muscles. I usually take a block and place it under my bottom arm to aid this marvelous pose!

Meet Delia: She is a 200 Hour-RYT and a Project Engineer. She started practicing yoga in 2019 when she moved to a new state away from home. Yoga was her safe haven in a place where she was on her own. Yoga brought an unimaginable peace & tranquility to her anxious state of mind. She strongly believes that the physicality of yoga has an immense correlation to the state of one's soul and mind.

Delia grew up in Yonkers, New York. She graduated from SUNY Binghamton University with a BS in Electrical Engineering. She trained under Annie Q of The Yoga Shop in West Hartford, CT for her 200 hour yoga certification with a focus on LivFree Power Yoga. She currently lives in Rockaway, NJ with her Husband and kitty, Bow. In addition to practicing yoga, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and meditating under the guide of her spiritual master, Master Aroch.
