Good Morning everyone! I would like to share some upcoming Reiki class information.
I am holding a Master/Teacher class Saturday May 20 at 10am at a friend's office in Haverhill. In this class you will learn the 2 Master symbols, and also how to pass on this beautiful energy to others if you feel called to do that. Your Reiki energy will be at it's highest and brightest! I have space for a couple more people!

I will have a Reiki 1 class on Sunday June 4 at 9am at the Copper Cave in Plaistow NH. Part of the class is held on the salt cave which is so awesome! This class you start you on a healing journey for yourself, and you will learn how to do Reiki on yourself and others.

Hi Friends! How do you feel about Meditation? It's not all about sitting in an uncomfortable position for a long time.....there are so many ways to ease into a focused space where you can quiet your mind, even if only for a few minutes a day.
This shower meditation is so simple, and it's certainly done in a private spot where you can breathe and focus on any negative feelings that are causing you anxiety, and just visualize the water washing them away!
Another great way to ease into meditation is to listen to guided meditations. I use You Tube. One of my favorites is Jason Stephenson. When you are listening to the meditation and focusing on visualizing what they are speaking about, and breathing consciously, you can feel your body and your mind relax!
Even a short 10 minute session has a great affect!
But to start.... Shower away ! Enjoy!
