Day 4 heart chakra Anahata ✨

The colour is green and located in the chest area. It holds the energy of compassion, inner peace, self realisation, love and acceptance. It’s body functions are the lungs, shoulders and upper back. Balancing this chakra you will benefit from spiritual love, self love and love as an all round state of being - which is what everyone wants right? To be in a loving peaceful state at all times.

Signs of unbalanced chakra are issues surrounding love, fears of betrayal, fears of letting go, paranoia, loneliness, hatred & jealousy. Holding onto past trauma makes such an indent on your energy field and your perspective of life that it will be impossible to balance this chakra if you can’t let go- your subconscious takes up about 90% of your thoughts so it is important to start your journey of noticing which thoughts serve you and which thoughts lower your vibration, create space between thoughts and take conscious breaths and this will be the start of breaking out of your conditioning

This 4th chakra is the centre chakra, 3 above and 3 below, this is between the external energy worlds and the intuitive energy world. Love isn’t just about romance, genuine love is doing everything for someone wanting nothing in return even strangers in the street, your whole world would be different if you treated everyone like they was the only person in the world. True love is also getting out of our habitual negative self talk patterns (even the things you think subconsciously)- relationships are fun but have you ever truly made an effort to love & heal yourself? And by this I mean heal from past trauma, let go of grudges, let go of self image - sit and meditate, imagine a green glow radiating from your body and imagine yourself smiling from the heart. Trust me there is no better feeling than sitting with your true self in a state of pure love it makes you excited to share that love with the whole world.

Day 3 - solar plexus ✨

Located in the higher abdomen between your heart and belly button, it’s colour is yellow and holds the energy of will power, laughter and achievement. It’s bodily functions is the digestive system.

When balancing/opening this chakra you will reach a deep sense of self and you will find your boundaries creating growth and making wise choices reflecting your authentic self.

This chakra radiates with chi (qi) energy throughout the body, working the vital organs. When unbalanced this can cause your body to be hindered by poor health, depression and lack of commitment. But someone with an over excessive solar plexus may have an excessive ego and perform in self disruptive ways.

Cutting down on refined/processed sugars, caffeine and dead food allows the solar plexus to generate energy- its your body forms main power source so try eat more citrus and alkalining foods

Located in the lower abdomen (basically your belly button) the colour is orange and holds the energy of desire, s*xuality and pleasure. It’s functions are emotional elimination, s*x drive and sense of taste. Opening your sacral chakra is about enhancing your s*xual energy (can be achieved through ta***ic too) different yoga poses and breathing exercises can activate this - also the same with the rest of your chakras, don’t be shy connect with breath work as oxygen is a healer, releasing chemicals to your cells and your brain which resets your nervous system.

This chakra is closely related to the vegetable world so having a balanced vegetable diet will increase this energy. Eat some sweet fruits such as mangos, coconut, passion fruit etc

Working on this chakra increases self esteem as it creates s*xual grounded and emotional intuition- just because this chakra is a s*xual energy doesn’t mean banging the whole world means you’re connected, remember s*x is an energy sharer and this is a sacred act being connected with your s*xual energy is deeper than s*x (again ta***ic can help with this in relationships)

When this chakra is blocked you may be having feelings of jealousy or guilt, you may be unsatisfied. If you meditate and ground with this chakra you will kill your inner devils such as lust, anger, greed, fantasies etc. If blocked this can create emotional instability, hiding feelings, s*xual issues

Day 1 Muladhara/ root chakra
The colour for this chakra is red and is placed at the base of your spinal cord. She holds energy for creation, elimination and grounding to the earth. All about survival, controls fear, greed and jealousy. The bodily functions the root chakra is connected to are the excretory system (waste system such as liver, kidneys etc), urinary and s*xual & reproductive organs

Signs of a blocked root chakra are things like feeling fearful, anxious, insecure, selfish and ignorant to truth- this frequency will cause your nervous system to react as we are all energy so this could cause pain in the hips, legs, lower back and s*xual organs. Actions related to the blockage will make you look for temporary disruptive satisfaction/ comforts such as drugs, alcohol or low vibrational s*x

As the colour is red and related to needs that will lower your vibration (if not grounded) advertisement company’s and large food cooperations such as kfc & mc Donald’s and tv ads use the colour red because they know it subconsciously activates your energy centre, they use light work to make you crave the poison they sell which in affect will lower your frequency as you should be eating plants/ natural products.

Stay present
In the craziness of life sometimes it’s hard to find the headspace to stay present especially when challenging situations arise. Everyone has good or bad days and there’s always going to be good and bad situations, but once you realise that these forms are just an illusion as nothing is neither bad or good it’s only a perception, and staying present will help you deal with your emotions better and help you let go instead of holding onto the idea of a good/bad day you’ve had because at the end of the day nothing really matters other than the now

How to practice this is noticing when the feeling of anger arises in your stomach to not identify with it, just to accept and nurture the emotion you don’t have to ignore it just work with it.

How to practice presence is just to be fully aware and ask how your whole body feels. Embrace your five senses and say the words ‘I am here’

Showing gratitude daily and meditating are key to a more conscious state of mind and once you do these for a while this will become natural - remember to show & feel gratitude to even the smallest things like drinking a glass of water

COVID has been a mad journey for the whole world on an energy level, we’ve been forced to spend some time on our own and restricted from a lot love and creativity & living in some sort of fear. People including myself have started to go back to work and go back to ‘normal’ in a world that fully ain’t normal yet.
